Has anyone had success with the call-up "Marginal" xASA's?

All of my Any Seat bookings have previously posted as such. I am hoping this new one is a new bit of IT enhancement but it caused me to have to call about the @.

Maybe New but can't possibly be Enhanced in QF-speak because it resulted in an improvement for the user.

What wa the $ cost? Was it within the range you expected? That may give an indication if it was ticketed correctly.

My money is on there being about 10 of the Erica variety and the grumpy old ... is still there... as 'enhanced' as ever...

Have you tried looking up the fare basis of this fare from another source...? It should come up as UBPASROW if its the "real deal xASA"

Looks like the @ is nothing to do with a marginal any seat.

I am having the booking fixed this evening and it will be 17K additional points to get a real UBPASROW Marginal Any Seat on the same flight. Was 42K and now 59k and a bit.
Yes I was misled twice so forget the @ symbol and try to get Tasmania when you call 1 300 366 587 to do the booking.
My advice to others is to read the post when the points are deducted from your account and if it does not say Any Seat it has been handled incorrectly.
