Has anyone had success with the call-up "Marginal" xASA's?

Can't work out how to cut & paste and make it look better   It certainly looks better in real email.

Definitely nicer. Interestingly my final PDF is ticketed 1 July - assume yours is as well. Hoping this won't cause issues.

I noticed the same, called back not long after receiving the email. Was told the booking date is the key and that date was the 30th and all is well. The only 30th June 2014 date I have on any document is the line item detailing the deduction of points from the account. Took a screen shot - just in case.

I have a domestic JASA coming up. How people make changes? Should I do it online or by calling Qantas? Thx!

You need to call up. You always have had to since the ability to book them online was removed.

Thanks. i just called and was told I needed to pay a fee of 3500 points. I thought most (all?) domestic JASA were fully flexible?

Correct, there shouldn't be a fee for a domestic JASA. I have never paid one for the changes I have made.

Another +1 for no charges on domestic JASA's.... only requirement is fare bucket availability on the new fare...

My final two JASA's have (unsurprisingly) not posted as they should:

Just had a lovely call with a QFF CSA and she has taken my details and referring to a Supervisor - she is aware of the issue and just doesn't want to credit me the points & SC's then have the weekend run of the autobot to pick them up and credit me again - not that I'd mind, she thought (and would be correct :D ;))

Update: The CSA rang me back to say that they agreed the flights met the conditions of an ASA and there should have been automatically credited, however they think that the 1 July changes torpedoed the normal crediting of these flights. They have a list of affected members and are running scripts on weekends to try and correct the issues, but they can't give me a categorical timeframe for the fix. She has my FF details logged in for a check of my account in a couple of weeks and will be back in touch. Not much else I can do. Lucky I'm not hanging for either the points or SC's just yet...

Thanks for the feedback QF WP. Mrs. B and I are doing a mASA this weekend returning next so I will need to be vigilant ensuring that points and SC's post.

My next, and all subsequent and final, JASAs are in my new membership year so thankfully a delay in posting should not affect me. With any luck they will have debugged their scripts by then too ;).
