Hertz not crediting since November to velocity?

Has anyone had Hertz points credit to DJ since mid Nov, mine have seemed to come to a grinding halt?

Markis, I noticed today that I have the same problem. I am missing 7 rentals between 12 Nov and mid Jan. very frustrating, I don't understand why this is not automated.

A call to Hertz I think!
 
See my previous tirades about Hertz, I 've pretty much given up on them as a points earning opportunity. If i get anything to a random account, it's a bonus.
 
Are you sure it's Hertz and not Velocity? Whilst I am aware of the points posting issues with Hertz, the reason I say this is that I haven't had at least two lots of points not credit, one of which was incorrectly directed to QFF by Hertz. Upon submitting a request to Hertz, I go the usual prompt response, which usually results in points being credited a few days later. This has not been credited for weeks.

Has anyone had points credited from Thrify or Europcar?
 
Getting points from Europcar, but Hertz are not crediting DJ or VS since mid Nov.
 
Definitely Hertz then! I wish they would fix their IT issues! Amongst other issues, there seems to be a terrible interface between their website and their main database - I've deleted both QFF details and my work address (I don't want them sending anything to my work address, which they have done randomly on occasion) and yet invoices keep printing with both of these details! I suspect if I call them, they may be able to permanently delete these details from their database.
 
0 for 2 since early for December, rather annoying. Not a deal breaker but having points is better than not having them!

Going to try Europcar in a few weeks time, which also has nothing at all to do with a promotion running at the moment, erhem. :p

You need to call them, my QFF membership was the default until I sent a nasty email to HO. No matter what I put in the res, it was ignored.

I have that problem - I can't seem to evict the QF number from my bookings.

Mine seems to be intermittent - about 50% off the time it credits correctly, the other 50% it pulls up the deleted QFF details!

I had a similar problem which was solved by the Hertz lady at an airport ( can't remember which one ) changed my profile details from her computer terminal.
 
I had a Hertz rental from the US credit last week, but only one out of the three. I haven't checked if it was the first rental but if it was, that goes back to about January 8 I think, so took around 3 weeks.

I have been credited for a rental in November 2011, but not yet for Dec 2011.

I lodged a retro claim via the Velocity website 3 weeks ago, and have not yet heard anything. My balance has NOT increased!!

Anyone successfully retro claimed yet? I checked my (faded) Hertz receipt and the Velocity number was definitely there.

An early Dec rental still not credited. Lodged a claim in mid Dec. Was told by Velocity this week to wait another 6 weeks as it takes 12 weeks for Hertz to post the points.

I had some retro Hertz claims last year - it took 4 emails to Hertz and they kept saying they had re-sent the points. One call to Velocity, and an email with the receipts and they sorted it out, calling back within a couple of days to advise it had been fixed. I actually think there are issues at the Hertz end, because everything else with Velocity seems to post fine for me (Europcar, Amex points, partner airline flights with DL and VX, etc).

Still waiting on my points to post since Dec 2011. Contacted them in Jan and they said it was applied and to wait 4-6 weeks for it to show, now its 7 I've sent them another email.

Same boat here, Hertz stopped working from November. Several calls and emails to the platinum area and still no luck. Was told points for Nov were allocated in January, and would take 6 weeks. When I asked what date in Jan I was told to ring Hertz and find out. Not impressed.
