I received an email last year after booking the DT London Victoria on points. I went back to check if they sent something for a points booking. It didn‘t have the specific eUpgrade offers just “click here” to see offers thing.You don’t get emails any more but the NOR1 upgrades are definitely visible after a booking in the HH App
But, yes you can access the same through the website / app for existing bookings. I have two future revenue bookings in the system and both have the “Upgrade” button.
