That's a great question. I'll let you know when I get my new card. Aren't considered the guest pass issue.
Thanks, been waiting for about 10 days here

OT: How long does it take these days to get new card and tags when you change levels?
Also do you still get a one off pass to the QP with silver even if the holder is a child?
Two weeks ago I noticed my review date was pushed back by a year. Yesterday I received my new Platinum Card. My status earn for the year was under 100 credits. I think I was given another year becuase I had earnt enough points over the 2 previous years to last me 3 years... or maybe it's a sign of the times at Qantas.
I've had three of them in the past 14 years, 2 as silver and 1 as WP. On 1 of the PS and also on the WP one, I ended up easily clearing the re-qual anyway so it was moot, but it's a common occurrence that QF will do this. Two weeks ago I noticed my review date was pushed back by a year. Same here. Historically I've never been more than SG but in 2012 I flew enough to qualify for WP for the first time with about 100SC to spare. But then last year I only flew 200SC so I figured no way I keep WP, back to SG for me.
But my new WP card turned up the other day and so I am WP again till 2015.
It must be a sign of the times because even counting the spare 100SC I had from 2012 I was still way way short of WP renewal. I'm certainly not complaining though.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but this worries me - big time. Only +100 SC in 2012 and only 200 SC all up for the 2013 year and they comp you WP when renewal is meant to be 1200 SC?
It smacks of desperation by QF - and that's precisely what worries me. On top of that: why should I put in the effort to rack up >>>1200 SC/year for WP+ if I can be comped vanilla WP again for a measly 200 SC? That's a doddle to achieve - even for a SFSC like me.
I've been WP or WP+ for > a decade and never been near the slide to SG since exiting in about one year that humiliation (post Ansett). I wonder what QF would do for me if I dropped back to a few miserable SCs?

Big year! How'd you end up with the 7?
Mine were wiped on the 28th too, but I flew this morning so will only be on zero for a day.
Ditto, I'm in MKY right now and should be on 80 (though they won't post immediately) at the end of the day.
