**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

Just checked and something has now popped up on my account. Wasn’t there yesterday. But nothing on my wife’s, which is family pooling to me. 1SC would be correct (only spent just over $100 on this FB account in November; bulk of Coles spend that month was on the other account). Not sure why it’s posted as +2SCs…

Yes, except these are the November SCs, not December... (and also I am opted in to auto transfer). There was no promotion in November, was there?

Similar thing happened to me, I opened the app and it showed a higher balance for about a second, then bounced back down to the previous balance!

Seems like they're on their way now, what a relief - I was about to book a last minute trip to keep my status but should be fine now!

If this info helps, mine came after I tried to open the Velocity App on my phone and was told I had to log in again. Presumably there's been some sort of update? You could maybe try checking ....
