Similar thing happened to me, I opened the app and it showed a higher balance for about a second, then bounced back down to the previous balance!

I'm wondering if what you have there is a bug on the latest app update. Mine is beghaving strangely in other ways. Can you check it on the Velocity web site? They might show up there.

It could be a buggy issue with the Velocity App? Might be worth checking the Virgin app as well.....?

I find the VA app takes a couple of refreshes to update fully at the best of times. Click through to points activity history and drag down to force a refresh…

Of course they posted whilst I had swapped the wife out to grab the daughters points for her recent flight....so I missed out on those points!

Of course had the daughters points posted on the day of the flight the wife would be back in and I would have had both sets.

Wonder how that discussion would go down with the the call centre?

Interestingly I seem to have had only 1 SC credit (edit: for November) though I was expecting 2.

Unlikely to retain VA gold anyway but do keep an eye out if you think you're due more.

I received 2 sometime in the past 12 hours. I guess it's right. November was a quiet month on the Coles front for me.
