Yes but two Activity dates. One lot dated 30 December 2021 and another 31 December 2021

This year for me SCs posted on Jan 18 and then Feb 02 so late posting of SCs is nothing new but this is the first time I remember them being 2 months in arrears - SCs already removed for Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 and nothing posted for Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 although to be fair still a few minutes yet until 2023

I assume everyone else is still waiting for their Nov - and now their Dec - SCs? I'm 12 points short to renew Gold and my renew date is on 20/01 so I'm starting to sweat a little :')

Anyone had any luck contacting them directly, if so did you email, call, etc?

If it’s any consolation you also have that “pending” window to process the straggler SCs.

Hopefully both Nov and Dec will land by mid Jan.

Phoned about two weeks ago. Useless. Was told to email [email protected] with details, etc.

Did so immediately, no response. I assume the email address was valid or it would have bounced back.

Even just as a matter of courtesy and to put minds at rest, Virgin should put something on the Velocity web site about this. Pretty shoddy that they don't.

Pretty bad that we are now 5 days into January and still no November SCs and no official explanation from Flybuys or Velocity. Perhaps @Mattg should put in an official media inquiry and write one of his great exposé articles.

If this is a Status Credit earnings from purchasing to Coles using your Flybuys account, Please know we have recently had some system updates and experiencing delays on adding Flybuys Status Credit for month of November.

Rest assured we will be processing this as soon as possible and working hard to get the Flybuys status credits onto your account. We apologize for any inconvenient, please check your account online from time to time if the Status Credits have been added.

Thanks tweedgirl for being the one who finally got a response, even if it appears to have been received a month into the future LOL.

And thanks to Virgin for the first 2023 exmaple of corporate gobbledygoospeak:

Just checked and something has now popped up on my account. Wasn’t there yesterday. But nothing on my wife’s, which is family pooling to me. 1SC would be correct (only spent just over $100 on this FB account in November; bulk of Coles spend that month was on the other account). Not sure why it’s posted as +2SCs…
