Yeah it's fantastic my JQ35 "wake" flight posted.

But I'm still waiting for my 2 flights that haven't posted from late Dec/early Jan. Sent a nice (but nasty) gram to QFF recently - will see what they come back with.

Still not happy, and this has seriously affected my perception of Jetstar.

Things might be on the improve.

JQ768 7 Feb, missing points request 10 Feb, points appear 20 Feb.

I had a flight from the 10th post on the 20th, so maybe they spent the weekend on a backlog!

Points have now been credited. In the reply email, I did get a huge laugh out of:

Please note for your future reference that we don't have access to the confidential flight records of other airlines, including Jetstar.

Yep, of course.

No points or SCs, but the activity posted within 13 hours. Is this a record?

Thanks for your feedback in this thread and glad to see we have a positive outcome.

Our Loyalty Operations team investigated this issue with Jetstar and there is now a improved data feed to Qantas Frequent Flyer. As many of you have noticed, the result of this is that Jetstar flight transactions are posting much more quickly post flight and this has bedded down well over the last week.

In regards to retroactive claims, please note that these must be verified by the partner before Qantas Frequent Flyer is able to credit a transaction.

Thanks Red Roo - it is working much better now.

You're welcome, glad to see we could be of assistance here.

Thank you all for the information you provided in this thread, it assisted us in having the issue rectified.

Thanks Red Roo.

I was not expecting to see this on my statement today:

Even though that flight didn't earn any points, it was still an unexpected surprise :)

Jet* points postings ,with me, I've noticed it has been 15 - 30 days...
Personally I have no problem with it......

I have seen some people get a bit concerned as they are close to their anniversary and don't realise that the points are backdated to the departure date.

I think I was one of those people - I get that the points will be adjusted however I'd really rather that my account just works like I expect it should...

I took a trip that put me way past earning silver (planning fail - should have done one leg of my Starclass flight before my anniversary and one after - doh!) and now I have to wait to get Silver status reflected and any subsequent flights I do in the coming weeks might be as Bronze requiring them to adjust all the points from those flights...

It would be easier for all if the points just posted within a few days of the flight - I flew my first leg on the 17th of February and know my FF number was on my booking as the checkin person checked and ensured it was included.

Sorry to say RedRoo but the posting is still taking too long for me! Appreciate your assistance on here however and look forward to your continued contributions :)

I had a JQ jetflex MEL-NTL flight post today within 24hrs , a big improvement for me, at least based on previous experience

Still not working as well as it may.

22 Feb flights MEL-SIN in StarClass still have not posted; FF numbers entered at time of booking.

I have put in an online missing points claim.

I had a Starclass flight home in Dec 2010, and my points were only partially posted last week! I received the points for the SIN-MEL leg, but not the HKG-SIN leg (Jetflex). How do I submit a Missing Points claim since 3K is not listed under Airline code?

Easiest way is to photograph or scan the boarding pass, grab the booking PDF and email both to frequent_flyer@ qantas.com.au
