Oh hopefully mine are soon then! My flights were 9th Feb and 26th Feb. Claims put in on 27th Feb and 1st March and nothing yet :S

Another phone call from Qantas in reply to an email i sent in. They have advised JQ Points posting is now taking up to 2 months!

I am booking Premium Economy MEL-LAX-MEL for travel soon and i really want to be silver to be able to do advanced seat selection. (currently at 260SC, and waiting on 240SC to post from JQ Flights). If i was to call reservations would they see my claims processing and let me have this option or not?

Does Qantas Club let you do advance seat selection on prem econ?

THanks :)

Possibly or just being international allows seat selection, as my mum a QPNB did could do seat selection on her recent international flight.

And another Day goes by without SC or Points being posted !

It has now been well over a month. THe Qantas call centre cant help or dont seem interested to help. Has anyone had success in talking the phone operator to just process it (calling QF or JQ?) as i need the points in from some travelling on *class to put in upgrade requests! Or is waiting months part of the price of travelling JQ? haha

As previously posted, try emailing frequent_flyer(@)qantas.com.au.

Detail your issue and attached scans/images of your BP(s) as well as your original e-ticket email.

Tried that. Got a reply saying to just wait. Ah well. lol

Wife is sitting short of WP requal in a few days due to points not posting for *Class flights - ironically, my own points on the same booking posted within 24 hours. Seems a bit ridiculous that points on the same booking aren't credited all together (and yes, the name, FF# and other details are all correct, and points posted promptly on the outbound leg).

A bit concerned about how QFF will choose to treat this, no WP requal kit has been sent out and the future travel questionnaire has come and gone. Missing points claim posted a week ago, haven't emailed QFF yet but have spoken to them. They assure us that it will be fine, but as noted above, that doesn't seem to achieve much.

Hi (i'm a 1st time poster),

I've been reading this thread for awhile and I thought I would post my experiences I flew from SYD-HNL in * class on Feb 12 this year and HNL-SYD on the 19th and I put my missing point claims im 3 days after the flights, so on Feb 15th and 21st and I will also mention that I didn't sign up to the QFF program until after I had booked my flights so my QFF number was never in the system with my JQ flights. After waiting and waiting for my points to show up...I decided to email scans of my BP and itinary to QFF 2 days ago...i've had no reply however i've just noticed today that ONLY my return flight (HNL-SYD) has been credited to my QFF account...even though I put the claim in for that flight a week after the SYD-HNL flight...

Thanks..
Vin

Be patient - once the online claim has been in for eligible JQ flights I have flown, the points/SC's have always posted ... eventually. :-|

QFF are pretty good with this, if your "year" ends Tomorrow (March 31st) and the Feb flight that would have re/qualified a status level finally post mid April, they will backdate your status.

Of course, that's no good if you are taking flights in early April. (Note however, that your existing status "hangs around" for nearly a week after your "year" ends)

So as you probably have seen me ranting about waiting for points. Well they came through today! However do Qantas allocate these point requests by status?

Whenever i would call it would always be "please be patient" however i just joined the corporate Qantas Club thanks to AFF and i called up to make sure they had my application. They had it and processed it on the spot when i called, but before hanging up i asked about my points claims, and the consultant said oh so sorry they havent posted yet, let me put them on now. And bingo they were done! :) Does being a QP member help?

Also, when i have flown star class in the past the domestic legs on the booking have usually been JetFlex (so they earn points), this last trip the domestic legs were Jet Saver, so the consultant could not apply these. Does anyone know if they have stopped having the jetflex fare on starclass itineraries?

Dunno about status; however, the points / SC's for the flights on Feb 22 finally posted today.

I recently had a JQ BKK - MEL post points same day of arrival on the 23rd March. Maybe they are getting their act together.

Got to love JQ!!! it is now 6 weeks since making missing points claim on mel-sin-mel flights (7weeks since the flights) and still nothing! Ahhhh i want gold already! haha

Have now resorted to flying QF or BA Prem Econ for my Bangkok trips, not J status, but similair price to JQ now, a guaranteed flight basically and no JQ Hassle! Im freeeeeee

Jetstar has been posting their points quite quickly very recently. Had a SGN-SIN-PER flight yesterday and the points and SC's posted within 24 hours. Very Impressed! :)

Last time I flew jq the points where there within 24 hours...

 Looks like J* and/or QF have fallen back in old bad habits. Flight SYD-HNL return in J* Business Max 6-13 July, points till not posted. Sent missing points claim 7 days ago-no feedback from QF.

Well i will put the new domestic points earning to the test next month-plus bundle was effectively only $9 so went for it.And get priority boarding too.Whoopee.

It was 1500 points on a YASA yesterday, bit of a no brainer.

My NZ JQ flights posted about 48 hours after the flight - quite impressed by that.
