Does anyone know why the Promo is greyed out and I can't select it?

When they are not available, they do show Not Available specifically

I believe it's due to selected flights are eligible for the promos, and some other flights (for the same journeys) are not part of the spontaneous promo, hence some are 'not available' but some are greyed out due to no availability anymore.

Hardly surprising, looking at flights close to Christmas some are completely full.
