Lack of curtains separating Business and Economy on 737

I've seen people walk straight through the magnetic rope on VA, they just don't care.

We're in a period now, and have been for a while, of massive self entitlement. Given this, its no longer reasonable to assume that folks will follow any sort of etiquette or even spelled out rules - some might still, but theres a whole swag who just won't ... because _I'm special_

Although still rare there are a growing number of instances of aggressively entitled incidents on airplanes. Though its the PAX's own fault, of course, most of us manage to be civil, I also think a lot of the blame can be laid at the feet of the airlines themselves. As we squeeze more and more people into smaller and smaller spaces ... humans on the whole just don't like that, it stresses us and creates an emotional and sometimes physical response.

Same as the people in rows 25+ that are told to board via rear stairs but they use the front stairs and push their way all the way to the back.

Two issues with what you are saying.
1. The airline says boarding at the front is acceptable.
2. Stairs front and back are one thing but in the case of airbridge front and stairs at rear I would never normally use the stairs as the tarmac noise can be horrendous and certainly sufficient to cause hearing damage.

The third issue is some people have MOBILE mobility problems and cannot use stairs.

Yeah my mobile is so heavy I can't carry it up stairs. Perhaps MOBILITY? Like my TKR.
I'm not sure, I can't even remember now... 🤔

Maybe all people really are just complete A-holes with a self entitlement complex that requires them to push their way down the back...

Interestingly, as Platinum flyers, when flying economy (just domestic) we have actually been told by crew to use the front toilet when they come up and 'acknowledge you' after boarding.
Ha! In hundreds of QF Y dom flights, I’ve been acknowledged as a plat once.

I'm a WP and I think this is a terrible idea. Some pleb has no idea that you've been given special dispensation. They see you use the J loos and think that this is ok behaviour. Either nothing is said when they do it or they get told off. Either way, not a good outcome.

Not blaming you at all for this, I think it's just a poor move by QF. It further confuses the situation.

This isn't limited to Y pax using J toilets on a 737.

I've had many a discussion from J pax using F toilets when I've asked them not to use it. Some of the responses are pretty vile.
I have seen this happen on numerous occasions on the A380.
It drives me mad to be in a queue after breakfast to get changed and someone comes out after a lengthy spell holding J amenities and PJs and saunters back upstairs. Even worse when the pax in front of you in the queue are from J.
It’s an absolute joke.
If I’m upstairs in the A380 I never go and use the F toilets.
I don’t know what makes them think they are entitled to do this ?

I thoroughly agree. (Not that I am every likely to be in F!) If I didn't pay the fare, or pay enough to earn the points, then I don't use those facilities.

Nothing justifies J pax using the F toilets. However, QF have to an extent, created this problem themselves by a lack of J toilets. It's ridiculous how few there are for so many pax given the fares charged.
