I recently returned to WP and received a new card as did Mrsausfox.
Not for me!I’m WP but still received an email of congratulations within a couple of days of achieving LTS. Surely Qantas send one for LTG?
Congratulations to you! As others have said, once you fly less for work, or pleasure, you have access to QP and OneWorld lounges for life. Noice!
made LTG a few weeks ago, no email but recall a congrats banner in my FF account - did get new card in the mail with 'LIFETIME' under the expiry date text (although the Qantas money card on the reverse does have expiry of 2030)Not for me!

What does annoy me is when I successfully status matched to QFF Gold last year, I did not receive the usual welcome kit, never mind a card. I only managed to receive a card after several calls to QF. To say I'm annoyed to see my colleagues with their Silver Q Tag is putting it mildly

Same anniversary date as me. And Qantas rolled over 400 SCs so with my travel in December I am almost half way to WP in 2024.I received that exact same error a week ago. You only receive a bag tag the first time you qualify for each level. Not one each year on requalification. Occasionally you will be able to request a replacement after a number of years, presuming the original has worn out.I’ve setup auto-send email now every 1st Nov (my QF cutover) to request fresh card and 1x bag tag (previously 2x tags).
Also no email/mail as yet for LTS achievement (yet). Just noted updated digital card in app with LTS.

So if you qualify for Gold next year, you will receive a new gold tag. If you go back to silver the following year, you will not receive another silver tag.
