From another thread ...

I was worried this month when Woolies EDRCC delayed the points transfer. All ok now.
How many days cove? Mine aren't through after 3 days.
About 5 days so put them on your do not call them and be patient register. I thought they might have been choking with the many times the credit limit points payout.

Is anyone else seeing points taking a long time to come through after statement issue? I am now at 4 business days / 6 calendar days since statement issue and my points haven't hit my QFF account yet. I have put them on my do not call register as cove suggested ... hopefully they come through soon.

i have also waited 4 business day and still no points.
also put some money into the card over the weekend... and i only noticed afterwards that my new statement showed a different bpay reference number to what i had been using so fingers cross, the money comes through!

Patience is a virtue our grandparents would say so remember that. This month I will be travelling so I won't be going for a twelve timeser or anything like that.

Im at 5 business days without points.

...and shortly after, the points posted in full.

So did mine! Looks like maybe they only post once a week now, whereas previously HSBC would post them daily.

Another phone call today asking me to validate the new card.

Was your original card due to expire? I've a year left on the expiry date and have heard nothing about a replacement card.

October from memory. No wait. That's renewal date.

No new card, no bonus offer.

Very tempted to put this ugly orange card through the shredder.

Although perhaps I'll just send $20k to the ATO as a final 'up yours WWEDR!' ;)

The minister for finance is on the war path this morning, our payments to the CC have been frozen since the 23rd while they change from mastercard to visa. Payments by CC are being rejected because the limit has been exceeded.

Their words: Have you received your new Woolworths Money Qantas Platinum Credit Card?If not, you will be receiving your new Woolworths Money Visa Card in the next few days.
In the meantime, you will not be able to make online BPAY payments until you have received and activated your new Woolworths Money VISA Card.

What is doesn't say is that any payments that we make to the card balance during the transition, will not show on the balance and they cannot say how long it will be until they do. Their work around is for us to increase the limit so that direct payments will not be rejected.

Edit: Doh, wish that I had kept up to date with this thread, We made two tax payments last week.

Ah. So I have time to do my BAS then. Or is this BPay? Might need to register the card after all.

My original woolies card doesn't expire until 2017.

I've just activated. I see my credit limit has increased too. Already made one payment.

How soon does the discount voucher arrive?
