That's my boarding pass not the ticket.Nowhere?
Are you sure?
Yes, I understand! That's my boarding pass not the ticket.
Even more ridiculous!Yes, I understand!
My own total fail:
So not match fit.
Forgot to book CD!
Yes, I saw that my BP shows Business which is why I put it up.MAKE sure you are dep from the right terminal, at the right airport.
This is most important for cities like Melbourne Aust and soon to be Sydney Aust.
AVV and MEL are far apart, and some JQd flights to SYD do dep from AVV and not MEL.
So far I have not made this mistake, as I don't fly JQ... but for those who do, triple check your dep city is right...
And don't expect the airline to hold the flight because you arr at the wrong airport for your flight.

QFi/QFd e tix/BP do not show EDITED (alphabet code) class of travel, VAd does tho.
Have been travelling QFi/QFd for many, many, many years, and EK with a QFi flight number, and have not ever seen class of travel on these.
AirNZ and SQ also do not show class of travel.

For a cheap to fly country like TH, maybe they already know that something for Aud$150/Usd$150, is a subclass of J.
But Buzzard, your BP does show Business tho, maybe you didn't notice it.
Just had a look see, for a usual price, for DAD to SGN, is $132.50 base fare pre taxes, so, yeap, they must have given you an "opup".
Just as an update to this tale. The hotel is called FLH Boemio...it was actually rather nice...well the room was, it would be considered low on services. It's a bit weird as it is part of group but they don't seem to have launched a website for it yet...but you'll find it on all the major booking sites and highly regarded.

We do believe it was stolen, yes, but the whole thing is just really confusing. We were on the train to the Algarve when asked to produce the passport...and it was just...not where it should have been!
Why not just short check the bag. A hassle I know but I would take that punt vs $200!This one is a doozy.
Booked ADL-DPS in J and the trip starts with a flight ADL-MEL. For some reason, which I can’t explain, I accepted a Dash-8 flight for ADL-MEL, in whY. . What on earth was I thinking? I can only think that that was the only option given; the segments are married.
Anyway, as I’m HLO and the carry on limit for D8s is 7 kg, and it’s whY, I called to change the flight. $3 tax etc difference but $200 change fee. Serves me right.
Yes, considered that but a lot of it is essentials that can’t be risked. Plus, it would still be whY on a Dash-8 ( the horror, the horror). Why not just short check the bag. A hassle I know but I would take that punt vs $200!
Your other 'almost mistake' was forgetting that on a Dash8 they take your cabin bags off you and stow them in the back. The 7kg sort-of doesn't apply. If you had changed flights to avoid the hand luggage issue, it would have cost you $200 for nothing. This one is a doozy.

Yes the time was blocked as 1hr 45m. All wrong.Mind you, that distance on a Dash8 is just a bit too far. CBR-SYD, or MEL-CBR are just ok. ADL-MEL or CBR-BNE is a bit much.
And then he keeps the visa fee?Apparently forgot to change (or did not save?!?) my DoB in my online Indonesian visa application, which defaulted to the date I completed the application instead of my actual DoB.
Immigration officer pointed it at passport check and offered 2 options. 1. Queue (for 1+ hour) at the VoA counter, reapply and then queue again for immigration OR 2. "pay the visa fee at the spot" and do the changes there.
Option 2 it was...
(as he was also happy to accept AUD)
I guess you wouldn't have known that your carry-on was too big to fit into the o'head bins (they're very small on a Dash-8).I read the carry on on rules and read it as they may take and stow in the compartment. Mine is a compact carry-on so I concluded that it may be allowed on and therefore subject to ( probably enforced) weight rules. Never done D8 - what would I know .
