Malaysia Airlines Delays/Cancellations

MH129 KUL-MEL is having a terrible week so far. This is the 3rd consecutive day that this service is running late. Arrival is expected at 20 51, 96 min tardy. (A333 9M-MTI) is the aircraft operating the delayed service.

MH149, the overnight 2210 hours Thursday 29 August KUL - MEL (A333 9M-MTL) was not in the sky until 2231 so on Friday 30, arrival should be 0907 hours, 72 minutes behind schedule. As MH148 is not timetabled to push back from MEL until 1355 for the trip back to KUL, it should be punctual, showing the value of international airlines allowing long outstation turnarounds.

No obvious reason for these continual delays, as each aircraft has had way more than minimum turnaround allowed in KUL.

I looked up MH3 from LHR (due into KUL at 0715 hours) but that drew a blank as it's mostly on time or early.

A333 9M-MTE is on Saturday 31 August's MH129 with the flight again tardy. It did not take off until 1112 hours so MEL mooted arrival is 2032 hours, 77 late.

The aircraft then took off from MEL at 1020 with arrival likely in ADL at 1059, so departure for KUL should be at around 1220, 215 minutes late.

The 0920 hours KUL - MEL on Thursday 19 September, MH129, took off at 1004 with A333 9M-MTM. Arrival should be at 1948 hours, 33 late.

There's no suggestion flights between Australia and KUL are adversely affected but this may be useful information:

Thursday 28 November 2019 has MH126, the 0225 hours PER - KUL redeye (A332 9M-MTY) not airborne until 0608 - an unpleasant wait for passengers given it's 'small hours' - so expected arrival has turned into 1125 hours, 210 minutes late.

Tis aircraft is substituting for another, as yesterday it arrived from TPE in KUL at 1944 hours, 21 minutes early and then formed the scheduled 1950 hours KUL - PER MH127, but took off at 2306, arriving this morning at 0408, 158 minutes tardy. It lost further time on the ground.
