Malaysia Airlines Delays/Cancellations

On Friday 24 February, the KUL - MEL MH149 is arriving at about 0936, 51 minutes late with the usual A333, in this case 9M-MTD.
 
AFF member Cessna 180 kindly informed us that late in the evening of Ash Wednesday, 1 March 2017 there was heavy rain and lightning in PER. Not sure if this is related, but on Thursday 2 March MH126, the 0225 hours PER - KUL (A333 9M-MTN) took off at 0349 with resultant arrival delayed to an expected 0906 hours, 71 minutes tardy.

MH123, the overnight KUL - SYD (9M -MTL) should arrive at around 1124, 39 minutes late.
 
Friday 17 March 2017 sees MH123 (9M-MTO, the usual A333), the overnight from KUL to SYD likely to arrive at 1142 hours, 57 late.
 
On Saturday 18 March, MH129, the nicely timed day flight (0850 hours) from KUL down to MEL was airborne at 0952 (A333 9M-MTM) with arrival likely at about 2029, 44 minutes late.

9M-MTF on MH141 from KUL down to SYD is suggested as arriving at about 2025, 40 late.
 
The Monday 20 March scheduled arrival of MH129 at 1945 hours looks to instead be occurring at about 0230 on Tuesday 21. Expect MH128 to depart at about 0350 hours if all goes well, far from an optimal departure time for passengers or MH staff.
 
On Thursday 23 March the unattractively timed PER departure of MH126 to KUL of 0225 hours became an 0316 hours takeoff. A333 9M-MTL should arrive at around 0836, 41 minutes tardy.
 
Friday 24 March sees MH141, the 0830 hours day flight from KUL to SYD that was airborne at 0926 (A333 9M-MTI) likely to arrive at 2038 tonight, 53 minutes late.
 
Saturday 25 March sees MH141 (0830 hours KUL - SYD that was airborne at 0920, A333 9M-MTI) likely to arrive at 2032, 47 minutes late.
 
On thursday 30 March, the overnight MH149 from KUL to MEL (A333 9M-MTB) should pull in at roughly 0950 hours, an hour late.
 
MH129 (KUL - MEL day flight) is marking teh end of march 2017 with an estimated 2134 hours, 79 minute tardy arrival. 9M-MTO is the standard A333.
 
Sunday 2 April's MH136 (0815 hours ADL up to KUL that was in the sky at 0918 hours) should be at its destination gate at around 1509, 39 minutes late. Aircraft is A333 9M-MTM.

Thursday 6 April sees MH149, the overnight KUL - MEL (A333 9M-MTI) running approximately 62 minutes late with likely on blocks time of 0852 hours.
 
Delayed by a couple of racetrack-like 'hold' circuits just to the south of Marulan NSW, the Sunday 9 April day flight from KUL to SYD, A333 9M-MTH (MH141) should arrive half an hour behind at 2005.
 
On Easter Sunday, 16 April, the overnight KUL - MEL (unusually operated by pre-conversion A380 9M-MNA) is expected 75 minutes late into the Victorian capital at 0905 hours.
 
On a wet - though more steady than Queensland-style tropical rain - Friday 21 April in MEL, MH149 from KUL (A333 9M-MTL) was in a hold for a while to the southwest of Donald (Vic) and should arrive 49 minutes late at 0839 hours.
 
MH149 from KUL to MEL (A333 9M-MTA) should arrive at a very late 1151, 241 minutes behind schedule, on Wednesday 26 April 2017.
 
Once again, MH149 is delayed, with Friday 28 April MEL arrival suggested as 0826, 36 minutes tardy. Aircraft is the usual A333 - 9M-MTG today.
 
MH129, then 0920 hours from KUL down to MEL took off at a delayed 1113 on Thursday 4 May 2017; arrival of A333 9M-MTA should be 100 minutes late at 2055 this evening.
