On what was a stormy Friday afternoon in SYD (17 February 2017) with many domestics diverted to CBR and fewer to NTL, MH140, the late evening 2215 hours SYD - KUL (A333 9M-MTH) appears to have only moved off from its gate at about 2256, so unless it has an exemption it should not be proceeding northwestwards this evening.

UPDATE: MH140 took off at 2314, well past curfew, but to the south as is mandatory.
