I have been planning a trip round Easter and looking at the parking options; there appear to be no "specials" at all for the LTCP, not even for the "value" part (surprise surprise..); but there is quite a good special available for the undercover LTCP ($130/10 days), not much more than for the main LTCP.

Whereas you can get it offsite for $106 undercover (or $85 if you have a discount). $130 is still very steep.

Cab out to patto was $135 three years ago.

The free limo can be good, Patterson Lakes to airport (via Nepean Highway) is 59Km, so fits under the 60K free limit for VA ...

Yep that works - 7 days midday Oct 13 to midday Oct 20 price drops from $67 to $43 in Long Term when you input code IMCAC - good get Austman - wonder how long will stay active for?

Not guilty - MEL-SIN-PEK Suites both legs with an ounce of luck - visiting factories in Tianjin and Nanjing then ret out of PVG.

Booked a EY F ticket with VA points for next year... AUH-MEL, so I should be able to get a free transfer home from MEL airport with that ticket? Tried doing it online but said I wasn't entitled... was planning to call and ask....

I don't like handing over my car to someone else and like undercover parking so I usually use united car parking (part of mantra hotel) and it's worked pretty well for me over the years...

Next week is our first trip with our little one so thinking it would be easier to park at MEL LTCP... So with this pre-pay stuff it looks like I have to specify arrival and departure times... website says I have a 1 hour grace either side of specified arrival time.... what happens if our flight gets delays and we don't need to get there on time? do they really care if we arrive a few hours later?

What happens if we leave before the specified departure time? It looks like there are no penalties? In which case I should round up to the nearest 24 hours as it's no more expensive to give us some grace time?

With the Jetstar code I get $120+CC surcharge for the undercover MEL LTCP for 8 days... United want $125 (no surcharge)... So similar price... Any other vouchers better to use for MEL LTCP?

ferni there is a 2hr grace period either end of booking. If you return inside booked window there is no refund. If you return past the 2hr grace period then clock starts again and you pay at normal rates for excess time.
