No. It was the Crown Pub where Tuapekastar, AJNZ & (others ?) meet up with Tom911 and his swimming freinds.

I'llo be there shortly after 5pm - I may have a feed using the current $12 "ENJOY A TASTE OF CROWN" Promotion and get the $12 for 3 drinks deal.

Recurring sounds great. I mean. who knows; I may have to change my plans and stay in MEL. Who wants to be in Syd every few weeks anyway? NOT me that's for sure! ha

I never introduced myself so here goes:

About me; I'm late 20's F; who studied Aviation/PPL/CPL etc at Moorabbin about 10 years ago. I left that to work and eventually started a business. I love collecting airline goods, anything really; bags, mugs, cards etc. I'm the one at the airport with all the different old airline bags! Have about 50 to date. I am also known to frequent MEL, even when not travelling! I also play soccer, hence my username :mrgreen:

I come in SYD-MEL Friday night at about 9pm. So if things are finalised, and we all know where we are going to meet, I will meet you all at the decided venue - so count me in.

Just a warning though if you plan on driving, parking WILL be a pain in the butt if you are trying to get in after 6pm, so get there early (unless you also have a VIP pass)

After having done a couple of BNE drinks nights, it will be great to meet a few ppl from my home state.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, less so to getting up early tomorrow morning to get to OOL.

Currently trying to work out if I should bring a backpack with me to store my gadgets (so my pants don't fall down under the weight) and to keep a warmer jacket on me, or if a backpack is going to be troublesome for going anywhere...

I don't intend to hit the night clubs afterwards, but am unsure if I should just travel with the clothes on my back. Ideas anyone?
