MH 777 missing - MH370 media statement

Interpol media conference a short while ago stating that it is increasingly looking like the missing a/c was not the result of a terrorist act and that the two travelling on fake passports is a case of people smuggling, they were just trying to get to Europe.

Some Malaysian official has announced a number of scenarios they are investigating. Crew/crew dispute, passenger dispute, crew/passenger dispute, insurance fraud by someone who maybe took out huge policy recently.

Almost a U-Turn and would mean it would have probably passed over both southern Thailand and northern Malaysia land mass.

The whole ACARS thing however that
1. Airlines can choose what information and how often they receive it (eg. from QF32 appears QF control got heaps of info) and
2. That pilots can turn it off
does appear somewhat concerning
 
Well that explains the discrepancy in the times - originally MH said it had lost radar contact at 0240, but then the authorities said about 0140 over the South China Sea; followed by the (then) strange announcement that searching was taking place over the Andaman Sea, which made no sense as it's on the other side of the Malaysian peninsula; then being told that radar indicated the aircraft turning before radar returns stopped.

Radar goes off, aircraft changes course almost 180 degrees, no radio contact ......... what does that sound like to you?
 
The only consistent thing in all this is whatever the Malaysian authorities say first is wrong. Then the second thing is also wrong.

hi sir/miss
i have some information about the 2people who was in MH370 with stolen passport.
i got the information from one of the passenger mother.
and i have they picture and they real information.
on of them was my high school friend.
and i already give the information to the malaysian airline. and im on contact with his mother and i can get more information.
i thought maybe my information can help to the world.
and i put the last picture of them.
2nd on the left is pouria with Austrian passport and 1st on the right is reza with italy passport.

The 2 Iranians who boarded the flight are the one far right and then the 3rd from the right. So either side of the dark chap. One is just 19 years old.

Interpl say they have not heard from their families but would like to talk with them.

Well their tickets were bought together, it makes sense to buy their pants together, particularly as part of the disguise where one of them is the older Austrian gentleman.

CNN latest bulletin (in PNH) has featured this picture but fuzzed out the dark skinned chap and the face of the bearded fellow, far left....

They must have practiced walking exactly the same way too...the photos look very dodgy.

Indeed. The other version of the photos floating on the net are cropped. Does seem like a bad photocopy job or similar.
