Qantas got in touch and advised they'd look into it if I sent them evidence of the travel and that uber were refusing to credit points. I'm not going to pursue this as it was likely my error in creating & linking it to a new uber account, probably in pursuit of new account bonus points. But a good bit of knowledge that Qantas will at least consider it.Ive given up since my post last year. I would be pleasantly surprised and happy if they went back 12 months!
