We normally just call the number on the back of the card

Thanks, I called Monday and the points landed last night (Wednesday). Can't complain about that.

Applied and approved. Received card 15/2. Minimum spent completed 20/2. Points credited 02/3. Card cancelled 03/03 prior to annual fee being charged to card.

Thank you NAB.

Edit: CSR said feel free to apply again as we may have some "exciting" offers coming up.

Approved 14/2, Spend met almost immediately. Waiting waiting, waiting..
CSR reps says 90 days from approval

If you cancel prior to the end of the first years annual fee, is there a pro rata refund made of the unused amount ?

Got denied, 3rd application since the promo started. Maybe they didn't like me hitting and quitting twice at no *penalty*

Applied today and received confirmation approved subject to documents.

Sent in my 2015 Income Tax Assessment.

I haven't even thought of my 2016 tax Return yet.

Received a call from NAB and after 10 minutes of discussion was told that they will only accept a 2016 Assessment.

My option was to put the application on hold until June and then send in my 2016 Assessment.

I'm not prepared to do that and informed them of that.

After the call it dawned on me that I should have asked them at what date does a particular year's Assessment expire for Credit Card Applications.

First time I've ever had a problem with a Credit Card Application.

Applied for this a few days ago and called today to be told my application has been declined "because I'm not an Australian Permanent Resident" (I hold a 457 visa).

Perfectly understandable, although ANZ, Bankwest, HSBC and Westpac all haven't had an issue with taking my business. What annoys me is that if being a Permanent Resident is a requirement, they should put it in the T&C upfront. I wouldn't have even bothered to apply (and potentially have my credit score impacted).

On to the next one...

I applied the other day on line, sent in two payslips and approved within a few hours for $8K..waiting for the card now in the post

I've just paid everything off and hope to cancel on Friday. Then reapply mid-next week before the March 31st cut off. I've possibly left it a little late, though.

Geez, I wonder if I could do that for the 4th time in 12 months?
