Out of cycle. I got them to add on my QFF member number late last months and was surprise to see it land yesterday.

nab called me yesterday - the complaint department has been chasing up the rewards team but no response ... so I guess I still have to wait
 
Still haven’t heard anything regarding my complaint. It will be four weeks this week since lodging it. I’ll have to find sometime to chase them
 
For folks who have received their bonus points, did the bonus points show up in the statement?

I've just received my first statement and it only shows a small amount of points. Does this mean I haven't qualified for the bonus yet? (This is entirely possible as I tried to quality with ATO payment - I understand that this doesn't qualify for points, but their pre-application T+Cs for the bonus points doesn't mention this).

It doesn’t mention it but the booklet that you get with the credit card spells out what is considered eligible spend. If you met the spend then it’ll show up as a combined of the eligible spend points and the bonus points.

The bonus points showed up in my second statement, but I haven't received them yet.

If the "small amount of points" that showed up in your first statement falls short of the amount you'd need (based on the spending criterion), that's a pretty good sign you haven't qualified yet, I'd reckon.
 
Thanks for the quick replies. From the sound of it, ATO spend doesn't seem to count towards bonus min spend. Better find something else to hit the minimum then :)
 
The plot thickens!

I called up NAB to check and they said that I have in fact met the minimum spend criteria. I asked specifically about the ATO spend and the person on the phone checked and said that it was ok and would count. However, bonus points were NOT on my first statement, so I guess I'll wait to see if it appears on my second statement.
 
I applied for the QFF Signature card in June and received my first statement in early July. The points (2200) have still not posted and I have called NAB every week since then and am being told it has been escalated. I have been told that this has happened to quite a few people.

I received the second statement yesterday and it shows the 100,000 bonus points as well as 2300 points, although the spend on that statement was $4100 so have received 1800 points less than I should have. (I didn't apply through Point Hacks so only got the 100,000 points.) This morning the 102,300 points from the second statement posted to my QFF account but I am still waiting on the 2200 points from the first statement and the missing 1800 points from the second statement. I phoned again today and was told that it has been escalated and that I have to wait until they come through as they cannot do a manual adjustment. I was also told that others have also had incorrect number of points credited.
 
Anyone got any updates about this? After 4 weeks with no response to my complaint, I emailed my "case manager" last week. No response at all.

I got an email today saying points should post after the next statement (the 3rd). They said exactly the same before the last statement. They did at least admit that the points on my 2nd statement were not calculated correctly.
 
At least you guys have heard something! My next statement is due in about 5 days. I'll be curious to see what's on it.

My second statement arrived yesterday, again with zero points on it.

I called the hotline and was informed there was problem registering clients accounts at their end in June and July. I am being re-registered in the Qantas program and all my transactions are being 'manually loaded'. They suggested I would see my points in...October.

Clearly this is unacceptable to me. However, I left it there as I will compose a more formal letter detailing the multiple failures NAB have contrived to make throughout my current holding of this NAB card.

Yes it is becoming FOS material. I got onto the social media team again today and asked WTF is happening. They said they'd "spoken to the case manager and they'll follow up".

I'm not keen on having three FOS cases open at the same time! I'd lose total faith in our banking sector... oh wait
 
Still no bonus points for me . Spend points have been put through , so presume qantas details are fine . Will need to contact them again obviously
 
I’ve not even had a response. Complaint lodged over 5 weeks ago. Follow up email to case manager sent a week ago (ignored). Promise of follow up by the social media team a few days ago (still no response).

Pretty incredible how bad they are
