Out of cycle. I got them to add on my QFF member number late last months and was surprise to see it land yesterday.
For folks who have received their bonus points, did the bonus points show up in the statement?
I've just received my first statement and it only shows a small amount of points. Does this mean I haven't qualified for the bonus yet? (This is entirely possible as I tried to quality with ATO payment - I understand that this doesn't qualify for points, but their pre-application T+Cs for the bonus points doesn't mention this).

Anyone got any updates about this? After 4 weeks with no response to my complaint, I emailed my "case manager" last week. No response at all.
I got an email today saying points should post after the next statement (the 3rd).
At least you guys have heard something! My next statement is due in about 5 days. I'll be curious to see what's on it.

I called the hotline and was informed there was problem registering clients accounts at their end in June and July. I am being re-registered in the Qantas program and all my transactions are being 'manually loaded'. They suggested I would see my points in...October.
Clearly this is unacceptable to me. However, I left it there as I will compose a more formal letter detailing the multiple failures NAB have contrived to make throughout my current holding of this NAB card.
Still no bonus points for me . Spend points have been put through , so presume qantas details are fine . Will need to contact them again obviously
