Applied for card last Friday [8 June 18] evening. Approved Saturday pm. Card arrived yesterday (Thursday) [14 June]. $4000 spent on card within 30 mins of opening envelope, and card placed in drawer not to be used probably again ;). Let's see how long it takes for the 115K points to post :)
Statement issued 26 June with 115K bonus pts :). ...only 18 days after applying for card!! The only negative is the $395 annual fee also appeared on the statement!

Indeed you have, I have had things go wrong in about the same ratio as things going right so always PDF the offer.

I must have been due for some bad luck.

My application has been jammed since this last post. I've finally identified that this was because NAB assessed my income incorrectly. Voluntary superannuation, salary packaging and leave purchasing arrangements are apparently beyond the scope of their comprehension.

We continue to wait!

I just got the first statement and it shows I only earned 83 QF points off 2k+ worth of purchases, has anyone encountered this before?

Those are genuine purchases and they are not govt related, no idea why they only gave me 83 QF points, time to call them and find out.

I spent $3800 in the first week of receiving the card and was coasting down the home straight towards a lazy $4000 when my first month's bill arrived. D'oh!

Now have to wait at least 44 days until I see the motherload. At least my spend points arrived without a hitch, including curiously for Government spend (non ATO).

Anyone know long it takes from the time the Qf pts hit your NAB account to be transferred to your Qf account? Ta

In my recent experience it took 5 days and only after I called to chase it up. Apparently there was an issue as my credit card account includes my middle name while my QFF account does not. Never had this problem with any other card company.

Thanks for the info. My NAB credit card account has my full middle name, whereas my QF account only has my middle initial. Wll give NAB a call on Monday!

Other than "gambling", are there any restrictions as to what purchases can be used for the purpose of the bonus points?

Signed up for this promotion completed spend in one day, just got off the phone to NAB after a statement issued on 20th June and was told wait time for bonus points is 60 days, I hope not as has planned to use them on a redemption for next year.

They may well keep you waiting as per the T&Cs, and nothing you can do to influence it. Only, if they don’t pay you the points in the timeframe you signed up for can you tell them they are in breach of contract as per Dr Ralph’s excellent advice seen elsewhere on various cc bonus offers seen on AFF.

I was hoping as others experience on this forum that they might transfer quicker, my QF account name is not the same as my credit card account (the first name is initial only)the NAB staff member assured me it would be fine.

Just thought I’d sign up and give a poor review / experience with NAB in regards to this card.
I will say an investigation is ongoing so all hope isn’t lost but let’s see...

I signed up via the points hack link on the 8th of June and was issued a reference code.
A week passed so I phoned and it said that my reference number / application wasn’t on file and to re submit.
I did re submit this before the points back expiry date....
I receive a call 3 days later in regards to providing more information and this is where I started to get bad feelings.

I gave and confirmed my info with the NAB banker and several times said “ this is still eligible for the points hacks offer “
He replied yes each time.

Well a week goes by again, I verifying my documents of ID / income and I’m sent 2 emails regarding the application with different login ID’s I think nothing of this as I sent back my identification documents to the initial email link and reference number provided.

Well today my card arrives and I phone up to link my frequent flyer and I ask what amount of bonus points if he eligible for when minimum spend is met and I’m told only the 90,000...

It is currently being investigated but I don’t like my chances of winning this one even though they’re at fault for this.

It is my first sort of points hack / frequent flyer experience and it’s left a poor taste in my mouth.

I am probably going to be stuck with a $395 card and only 90,000 points which is t what I wanted or signed up for...
I really hope it gets sorted.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. There's always a potential problem when you apply right near the cut off point. If you kept records though, you should have a good case to mount.

Thanks Doc.
Yeah I have and I also made the guy at NAB aware of my phone conversations with past staff where he said that calls would have been recorded so there is that also.

Email Points Hacks as well: [email protected]

Thanks for the email link mate.
Have copied my initial post and added some info / attached some screenshots / reference numbers for them to look into it for me.

I guess they wouldn’t like knowing certain bankers may have bypassed my initial application and opted to re apply me for there own benefit.

Will keep you all updated with how I go.
Points hacks have forwarded my info to their NAB correspondent and have said I will probably hear back in 1-2 weeks ( which is fine )

I will continue to use the card as normal and hopefully get a resolution that’s positive

Argh why must everything be so hard. Just realised my first months points (statement 19 June) haven't appeared in my QF account
