Statement issued 26 June with 115K bonus pts . ...only 18 days after applying for card!! The only negative is the $395 annual fee also appeared on the statement!Applied for card last Friday [8 June 18] evening. Approved Saturday pm. Card arrived yesterday (Thursday) [14 June]. $4000 spent on card within 30 mins of opening envelope, and card placed in drawer not to be used probably again . Let's see how long it takes for the 115K points to post

Anyone know long it takes from the time the Qf pts hit your NAB account to be transferred to your Qf account? Ta
Thanks for the info. My NAB credit card account has my full middle name, whereas my QF account only has my middle initial. Wll give NAB a call on Monday! In my recent experience it took 5 days and only after I called to chase it up. Apparently there was an issue as my credit card account includes my middle name while my QFF account does not. Never had this problem with any other card company.
I was hoping as others experience on this forum that they might transfer quicker, my QF account name is not the same as my credit card account (the first name is initial only)the NAB staff member assured me it would be fine. They may well keep you waiting as per the T&Cs, and nothing you can do to influence it. Only, if they don’t pay you the points in the timeframe you signed up for can you tell them they are in breach of contract as per Dr Ralph’s excellent advice seen elsewhere on various cc bonus offers seen on AFF.
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. There's always a potential problem when you apply right near the cut off point. If you kept records though, you should have a good case to mount.Just thought I’d sign up and give a poor review / experience with NAB in regards to this card.
I will say an investigation is ongoing so all hope isn’t lost but let’s see...
I signed up via the points hack link on the 8th of June and was issued a reference code.
A week passed so I phoned and it said that my reference number / application wasn’t on file and to re submit.
I did re submit this before the points back expiry date....
I receive a call 3 days later in regards to providing more information and this is where I started to get bad feelings.
I gave and confirmed my info with the NAB banker and several times said “ this is still eligible for the points hacks offer “
He replied yes each time.
Well a week goes by again, I verifying my documents of ID / income and I’m sent 2 emails regarding the application with different login ID’s I think nothing of this as I sent back my identification documents to the initial email link and reference number provided.
Well today my card arrives and I phone up to link my frequent flyer and I ask what amount of bonus points if he eligible for when minimum spend is met and I’m told only the 90,000...
It is currently being investigated but I don’t like my chances of winning this one even though they’re at fault for this.
It is my first sort of points hack / frequent flyer experience and it’s left a poor taste in my mouth.
I am probably going to be stuck with a $395 card and only 90,000 points which is t what I wanted or signed up for...
I really hope it gets sorted.
