Argh why must everything be so hard. Just realised my first months points (statement 19 June) haven't appeared in my QF account

Neither has my partner's. She called them yesterday and they said it was due to a "system glitch" and to expect points later this week. I'm not confident about that and have a feeling its due to middle name issues like others have mentioned.

Hmm yes we'll see. The first idiot I spoke to tried the "oh you probably didn't give us your number". Went a bit silent when I said it was more likely due to them losing the application for weeks and not bothering to contact me. Probably a name issue. No idea why, as I don't have a middle name. But there was some issue with Citi years and years ago regarding the format of the name on the QFF card. Can't remember what it was, but it caused weeks of delays.

There seems to be some issue with the nab qantas points calculating system. I was expecting my 115k+ points this month, but got zero. I'm easily past the 4k spend and have accumulated over 1000 spend this month on standard spending.

I'm wondering if I should call them about this error?

Anyone know long it takes from the time the Qf pts hit your NAB account to be transferred to your Qf account? Ta

Thanks for the info. My NAB credit card account has my full middle name, whereas my QF account only has my middle initial. Wll give NAB a call on Monday!

Rang yesterday....they are investigating and said the points were TFd on the last day of statement period.....but no sign of the points in my QF account 8 days later :(
It has been 8 days since my initial call last Monday...NAB said they will investigate and get back to me within 3-5 business days. Today is the 6th business day so I rang again.....no update and now NAB say they have been inundated with complaints about the lack of QF pts TFd and they have no time frame to resolve this. I asked to be put through to their complaints department, pardon the pun, called "Resolve" and whilst the lady couldn't give me a time frame for the Qf points to be TFd, offered to refund the $395 annual fee as a gesture of goodwill...small victories! :)

That is a bit of a win, 115K points for nothing in the end (even though they have you through the ringer a bit)!

Well the $395 refund posted quickly within 48 hours....now to wait "patiently" for the "free" 115K Qf points :)

I chased NAB up regarding this on social media. Other than a promise to have someone “get back to me immediately”, I’ve heard nothing for a few days. Maybe complaints is the department to handle it.

I received a letter from NAB letting me know that my issue had a reference number but was still in a pending stage.

I might even call up myself and see what will happen after the month ticks over

I got stuffed around by their social media team and a few internal departments who kept passing me around. It's now been lodged as a complaint. I had thought I may hear from them last week (lodged it on Tuesday), but nothing yet.

Yeah my points not happening yet either . Bank rep said will be rectified next statement period . Bit poor , lets hope they rectify as promised .

Rep said its a known issue . I suggested it may be a good idea if they send customers a message in future

No will be the second . ( is it meant to not be untill third ? )

NAB is usually quicker, however the T&C's do say 90 days so you've really got to allow that, as if they choose they can wait that long before issuing the bonus points to your QFF account (I'm looking at you St George).

Yeah it's not just the bonus points, I've received no points at all! (statement said about 3800 were owing). It's been a month now since the statement was issued.

Bonus points perhaps , no points though ?

Fair enough. Might have to have a look at my wife's then, she has a QF card she uses as a staple with NAB, so I'll go check if she's had any points transferred the past 2 months.

Consider yourself lucky! My first statement indicates I have earned zero points, despite spending $5.5k.

I guess I'll get on the phone as well.
