What time did you call?Ordered mine without any issue. Connected to call centre within 2 minutes and placed order for 2 coasters without any problem. Now will wait for them to arrive.

I'm also bronze and have a set, but to be honest I don't particulalry like using them as the elastic loop is difficult to get around the width and thickness of either top or side handles. They tend not to sit flat and I have tried tucking them under the handles, but that interferes with me and probably the baggage handlers trying to grab hold of the bags whilst unloading.Interesting stuff guys. I've only been bronze so no idea why I got one. It was when they first introduced them so perhaps that might be it.
Mine isn't damaged so I'll just keep using it and see.

Try using the form at the bottom of the Qantas FF page - I ordered my replacement bag tags through that and it worked.
