New 100 Year anniversary Q Tags

I requested a new set of anniversary tags as have never requested replacement tags over the years and thought they would be a nice little memento.

Received a single tag in the mail this this week.

Is the red ink on the Platinum tags correct?

I just used the 'contact us' link after logging in on the web page. There wasn't a subject for Q-tags replacement, so I just used 'Member Card Replacement'.

Yet to receive anything, but it was <2 weeks since I sent the request.
 
I think you have to ring to order new Q-tags.
Ok. Think I’ll wait then. 5 hrs on hold to get a new shiny tag seems a limitation on my life atm.

You can do it online via the form as @JohnM suggested. It worked for me. Took several weeks and was given no indication it was accepted. Just turned up in the mail eventually.
 
I phoned when the new Red Roo-on-black ones came out and got through instantly to the Australian call centre, but I wasn't going to bother wasting time now very likely on hold.

My message after choosing 'replacement cards' was to apologise if it was the wrong channel and then say what I wanted. It seemed like the closest channel to use. I can't imagine that the request would have been binned just because there wasn't a specific subject channel.

** EDIT: forgot to add, I also received an acknowledgement email from QFF with Subject: Qantas Loyalty and a Service Request number advising receipt should be 10-14 working days **

I am Gold and just got the normal Gold tag :-(

I can't recall what date I made the request, but it probably would have been about the same time, so hopefully I'll see something soon.
 
Didn't realise this thread existed until just now, but I did recently request a new WP coaster. I emailed their normal enquiries address, got a response back about a week later saying 10-14 days, it arrived some time between 14-20/3 (20/3 being the date when I bothered to go through the stack of mail which turned up in that period), and got the 100y special completely unexpectedly.

Hadn't had any for a few years, since I dropped from SG-PS-NB over a couple of years, then went straight back to WP the same year and got all three sets through the post within days of each other. I requested it actually to replace one which had got battered, but now I don't want to use it 😂

Was it the old old boring one that says ‘Qantas’ or the newer boring one with the ‘Roo’. I do not actually need any new ones but if the 100 was available in white I may have asked for one. My +1 had the platinum replaced and that had the 100 on it.

Can add another data point, rang up and got a QF100 coaster (WP), maybe not rolling the others out given there won't be anyone climbing to new status levels for the majority of this year?

It was the newer-older one, just with the roo :p
