New 100 Year anniversary Q Tags

Received another single anniversary tag in the mail today.

Looks like they came through with my request for a set, just a few weeks apart

I'm not privy, so I suggest you two phone up the SST and ask for a tag to be sent out

Or check first, if they get rolled out later you don't want to "waste" your extra tags by asking too soon!

As I’m doing some spring cleaning, I realise I got a stack of ‘em - reality of upstairs downstairs kinda yo yo ing between the differing levels.

Of course, all sent before the 100 anniversary tag.... pretty sure I don’t have one of them
once I get them altogether. Might offer the excess ones up to a new home....

to anyone in Radelaide.

Not particularly interested in mailing them anywhere.....

PS I saw the issuing of one instead of two as more well, you folk already got lots, and yea it saves us money too WIN WIN

Are your P1 coasters from this year or a previous year and just stilling in the draw. I was thinking about asking for more but no seems to be able to confirm if there are white coasters branded with 100. @samh004 I did see your suggestion but never got around to it and then forgot. I do not have much use for them at the moment.

They're old issues from 2015-2018 mate.

I'd imagine you will still be able to get an anniversary tag via the email request as Qantas still have personnel looking after the various back end support channels.

Just copy and paste the text I wrote a few pages back and see how you go

FWIW, I emailed the Frequent Flyer Service Centre last night to request a new Q Bag Tag and got the following reply:

We understand that you are requesting for a Q bag tag.

Please be advised that Qantas will temporarily pause the distribution of the majority of physical Frequent Flyer cards, bag tags and kits because of the ongoing pandemic situation from 1 April through to 30 June 2020. Qantas will however continue to monitor the situation and adjust the time frame as required.

Seems strange that they would stop sending out bag tags while simultaneously asking customers to use them.

I've been informed that the suspension in sending out physical bag tags, membership cards, etc. has now been extended until at least the end of July.

The lady on the phone said that they will still send out new membership cards if the member was actively using the Qantas Travel Money facility. Otherwise, nothing is being sent out for now.

How are you supposed to continue using the Travel Money facility if they don't send you a new card? It expires a few months after your membership year ends.

The lady I spoke to today definitely said they would send cards if you were using the Qantas Travel Money card, so it might be worth contacting them again.

I will. I also want some new tags. Mine are pretty worn.
