Just a data point. I emailed a scanned copy of all the documents they asked for to Coles prepaid last night so there's be a record of it.
I just got an email confirming my card is now active again. Will be interesting to see if similar deposit activity via VPay (assuming there are any HN stores still selling them before the offer expires) will result in another 'please explain'. Impressed how quickly they unlocked it and with an email.

Good news and hopefully bodes well for others. Did you send a copy of a bank statement or the VPay vouchers? I sent mine today (by post) with copies of the vouchers.
