New Amex statement credits

This is explained somewhere up thread but essentially it is done online by selecting what you want and then creating a quote that you then pay off in $60 increments

Thanks steady. I think Danger UXB might have price matched too. For me it comes up as a tick under $69 a bottle for six.

I didn't need different email addresses and others posted the same

Curious.

After VPay had issues with Firefox and Edge - I have spent around 2 hours on the phone to them. Many screen shots later it ended up that they created the account for me and noted that even though they normally never do this, as you can only use one email address EVER, as long as I spend the money quickly there's no problem.

I asked why the point-of-sale did not spell this out?

"We are just contracted as a 3rd party to manage the tech for them. It is an off-the-shelf system that does not allow any changes once set up. So, for example, you cannot ever change your password. Which is why we will not create an account for someone."

After I mentioned that it was now two weeks and still no solution - perhaps an exception could be made....

I set up an account for the first voucher, shifted the full value to CRMC, entered the next vpay voucher using the original account details etc, rinse and repeat

Billecart was on special the day I purchased at $59.90 . ordered on click frenzy day from memory so no delivery charge. total of 359.40 over 6 cards with $30 cash back on each card. Cheapest 6 pack of Billecart I'll ever buy. And yes you create an order to pay with multiple cards. Used the BWS promo to get Verve at 40-45 a bottle aswell so that's Mrs UXB's 50th sorted

saw this come through this morning ...

MOBILE WALLETS OFFER
Spend $30 or more, get $10 back
Save the offer to your Card and tap to pay $30 or more, in one or more transactions, with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay by 27/12/16 to receive $10 credit. Limited to the first 60,000 Cards to register.

This only came in on my Explorer so far.

Do amex offers stack? would this combine with shop small to get 2 x $10 off a $30 spend?

Thought I would give it a go to see.

I had one shop small spend left to use on the Explorer so paid via apple pay, so far the one transaction has generated the 2 amex emails I was hoping for.

The proof will be receiving both credits

Well I had two DJ credits on my Explorer card last month, one gave $20 back and the other $30 back. Purchased something and got both credits back from the one purchase. So yea chances are high you will get both.

I sent:
* Certified ID
* redacted statements showing the purchases @ HN including a letter from my wife confirming I had authority (as a supp cardholder) to make the purchases.
* copies of HN receipts for each VPay voucher.
Was a fair bit but wanted to avoid any opportunity for back and forth correspondence by ensuring they had anything they could ask for up front.
Looking forward to unrestricted use of my card and to loading it with Other Prepaid cards as required to consolidate smaller balances into more useful amounts on the one card. Not all (like Coles own MCGCs bought from the supermarket) work. Let's hope they don't block everything.

Have also just had my CRLMC reinstated :)
For info, I posted photocopy of DL (endorsed), photocopies of VPay vouchers (unendorsed), photocopies of 5 of the 6 HN receipts (unendorsed), Amex transaction summaries (unendorsed, not actual statements). Sent covering letter but nothing from Mrs andye

That's great news Andye. Sounds like I might have gone a little overboard with my documentation. Good to hear they weren't as stringent as I thought they would be.
Will be interesting to see if we get anymore 'please explain' blocks placed on our cards now we've proven we're legit.

It wouldn't have been much harder to get everything endorsed but thought I would test the system a bit

Thanks to all for the updates on the Coles Pre paid master card/Vpay situation.

I have not had my card blocked yet, although every time I use it I'm expected an email to say its blocked.

I used several cards today with ApplePay that I'd enrolled for the Mobile Wallet offer. I can't have more than 8 enrolled at the one time so have deregistered some cards to make way.
I keep getting an error message asking me to 'contact card issuer'. Before I contact Amex wanted to confirm if anyone else has experienced the same and how you resolved it. Was it a matter of waiting for the old cards to de register?

I was under the impression Apple Pay only works with ANZ cards.
