Do all Myer stores have the Coles group cards? Don't want to drive somewhere unless I've got a good shot

Just back from MYER Brookvale NSW store, they had quite a few (approx 100) on display. I bought 7, I suspect they wil run out well before the week-end is over :)

is anyone else finding the amex connect website practically dead?

trying to sign up my brothers card for a few offers and it's continually timing out on me

You can ask them to load up credit to a specific amount then the. 'Load' transaction is split into how many individual payments you want. I.e. Just did the Mobile Wallet offer across 6 cards asked for $250 value and charged 6 x $30 with DC for the last $70. That way, you don't end up with too many $150 GCs and leave some supply for the next guy.

Used to be possible to use it at Australia Post to pay ATO bills via self serve terminal but got shut down. I think the lack of 'breakage' meant Westfield wasn't making any money out of it (apart from the issue fee).

I've just found out today that $500 is the max you can load onto a Coles group gift card.

Good to know. Beats holding heaps of $150 GCs unless you're planning to hide them away as presents and leaves some for he next guy.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but whereabouts in store are the Coles Myer Group gift cards usually located? I haven't been into a Myer store for years, and always found it a PITA trying to find anything!

As the Myer offer is valid in store as well as online, I could not go past 23.33% off $150 Coles Myer Gift Cards. Cards purchased and emails received.

So did you purchase them in store or online?

If online for the Coles Myer group cards - do you have a link?

If in-store, are they the same as the ones you can pick up at any Coles store?

I think what is confounding me is this text:

Qualifying Purchases include accommodation, food and beverages and other incidentals during your stay which are paid at the hotel front desk at the time of check-out.

Extract from T&Cs:

Book directly with Langham Hotels' refers to booking a room via any direct 'Langham Hotels booking channel' online at langhamhotels.com, via phone or directly on premise with the participating properties.

Just bought an XS card as a tester. Got email from AMEX instantly. All looks good.

Thanks DrRalph, can these XS Gift cards be used to load a Coles RMC?

There are no Westfield centres in Tas (or the NT where I will be next week) so while it is a good deal, it is not quite as good for me as others.

They are just an eftpos card so you should just be able to use them like a preloaded visa etc.

I am not familiar with these single use eftpos cards so please bear with me - when someone successfully uses a Westfield XS gift card to load a Coles RMC could they please post to confirm it works. (Or PM me :))
