New Amex statement credits

It was great when 40/50% coupon codes could be applied to Domino's cheap range, but that was enhanced a long time ago.

Can Domino's win over Italians in the birthplace of pizza?

It may be an American chain that is churning out the pies, but they're still being made by Italians-- with Italian ingredients.

On the streets of Milan, the jury is still out on how much of a hit Domino's really is. One woman who had recently tried it out with her daughter said, "Domino's is strange pizza, but we like it."

While Domino's is expanding fast in Milan, it plans to dip its toe into other markets more cautiously.

And United Will Sell Uno’s Deep Dish Pizza In Economy. That couldn't possibly go wrong in the confines of an aeroplane ...

Apparently the only flavor available will be spinach and garlic

My partner received 10000 MR welcome bonus points for making a travel booking through Amex online . Customer service does not have any info on such a welcome offer. Does anyone have any info on the same ?

I hope this is a thing! I just booked some flights on my parents' behalf (and applied my $400 Explorer travel credit, and should collect 3x points on the remainder).

quick question, HN statement credit expires 4/7
does it expire on the night of 03/07
and since its the weeekend, does the statement cresit come on the date of the purchae, or when the transaction clears which is a few days

admittedly, ive left it a bit late, and I Have to free up some credit to buy :(

hope I dont miss out

is there any quick way to get funds onto the card asap?

Direct debit should be quickest way to pay card . Statement credits usually post when the transaction is no longer pending

Quickest way to get funds onto card is via the app. Have to take care as you can only pay via app once every 72 hours

Pretty sure you will be ok if you buy on the 4th

Purchased a few $600 ones today before my card were maxed out.

Edit: the Amex is not part of the Amex deal for vpay sign ls are hilarious
Not too sure what the point is

To scare away people who aren't confident they will still get the credit

To me it sounds like sour grapes. Like the managers at woollies who forbid you from buying too many gift cards on a power trip

Would have thought they just bam Amex payments for gift card purchases

If they think it 'protects' them, I'm happy with that. It's proving a good way to mitigate the purchase of these cards to use for non Amex spend in this reduced interchange world.

Oh and for those that have left it to the last minute and first timers.
These vpay cards come on a recipept and not a physical gift card

I originally panicked as I thought staff put through a store credit

Went to HN Alexandria for my last planned purchase of physical $500 Visa cards. They've stopped selling them. $100, $200 & $300 only. Was planning to keep buying the $500 after the Amex promo as with the cut in ATO merchant fees looked pretty attractive for Explorer. Might not bother now as this throws out the economics. Shame, thought I'd found a higher value, less effort alternative to Visa1.

I wonder if this will work at overseas UA stores. About to head to Singapore where they have stores which I have previously purchased from.
