New Amex statement credits

The visa gift cards may well have been put back on the shelves at HN now JohnK. You can also purchase high denomination visa cards from various online sellers but they're expensive.
I think the online sellers wanted $14-$15 per gift card? Or was it more?

I'll try Harvey Norman again but there were only a few stores actively selling Visa gift cards.

Might've been closer to $30 IIRC Johnk.

Very hit/miss with HN stocks. I think Mr_Orange has posted that QLD stores don't give much static.

5 points/$ on farfetch.com on my primary personal cards this morning

I normally click on everything but farfetch is such a joke just checked a camilla short kaftan it was 1600 and they are 500 full price!!!
due to your post, I had to wonder if what my wife was saying was true (that they were cheaper) so i did a quick search;
$214 + postage on FF
Kenzo Patchwork Straight-leg Jeans - Farfetch
$365 on Myer
Jean

She mainly buys kenzo and moschino and only when discounted. There is probably still "bargains" to be had, but we still have on-going "discussions" as to buy

Thanks. I got all but the first two.

Credit received, well I haven’t checked every transactions but so far I’ve seen the bulk of them
appeared. Good opportunity for a cheap Weber/Husky power tools too if that’s your thing.

Just as a reference point and to follow up on this, the Flower Power website wouldn't accept 15 digit cards, despite the AmEx logo being displayed. This suggests that it may have been altered to exclude AmEx cards during the promotion.

I haven't worked out a way to do split payments on the website. But buying multiple gift cards and using them in one transaction is pretty straight forward

Can't buy giftcards online at the moment and they can't/won't split payments on the phone.

Is it a coincidence that vendors are disabling online giftcards with AmEx during these promotions.

Wow looks like they have completely disabled using giftcards online. I guess they must have had a surge of giftcard purchases during the Amex promotion.
