Yes, got my Amex/Vogue email today - in SYD on Mon/Tues, so wil make use of my solitary Amex card and get my three $50 CM gift cards

In case you weren't aware, only 1 credit per merchant per card. You have to shop at 3 different merchants to get all 3 credits per card.

anyone know if using the FHR to book at Hyatt will trigger the statement credit?
I've never really understood how FHR works because the charge is from the hotel right?

Excludes advance purchases, bookings or room reservations made through any other channels such as online aggregators or travel agencies

is FHR an on-line aggregator or travel agent?
honestly confused, any info appreciated

Recently use FHR at Hyatt Bangkok . No problem at all with credit . With FHR you only pay when check out . Make sure you use the card that registered

Yes I’m looking to get two separate $50 GC’s today (one from each of the Pitt Street and George Street Westfield spots mentioned upthread) and then the last GC tomorrow from one of them again.

If you are using the same card you won't get a credit for the 3rd transaction - even if it's processed the following day

In SYDNEY ONLY there are 2 different Westfield sites listed as below:

WESTFIELD GIFT CARDS - 450 GEORGE STREET
WESTFIELD GIFT CARDS - 188 PITT ST

So if you buy 1 gift card from each you only have a third go and can pick MYER or DJ or others

Tips: Westfield won't split payments and insist on photo ID....Buy the Westfield red card for $2.95 each as it can be used in any Coles / Woolworths . Can't check ID if you use google pay There are 2 differenr DJs in Sydney CBd and 1 Myer in Sydney cbd

Just on my way in to the city now. Will pickup 12 CM gift cards from MYER and 12 DJs cards. Brings a nice new Samsonite Lite Cube down to $340. Another 12 CM from MYER Melbourne on the weekend. Not a bad effort overall for this year.

Spent all my 5 cards allocation in 40 mins. Myer/Coles GC, Westfield and Bose. Managed to get the QC35 II for $250.80 after all the Amex credit (combo of Westfield and Bose) plus potential TRS claim to boot!

Yes - there is no difference between where the red and gold Westfield cards can be used. It is just a marketing ploy by Westfield to get you to pay $2 more for the gold one.

Ps I highly recommend using a spreadsheet for the Vogue offer if using mutiple cards.....last night on checking my Amex account, I found I used one card 4x, and another card 2x
