New Amex statement credits

Yeh a lot of the offers dont work correctly -however I was glad to see the Laithwaites Spend 150 Get 50 work and be deducted Like to Days Of Old with Amex
Partnered with 25% Cashback at Shoprewards and Cashback for some wine stocking
I had a 150 get 50 and a 150 get 30 and they stacked, plus the cashback …. however i ordered VCP La Grande Dame and they sent NV Rose….. so i guess Laithwaites wins this round….

I of course sent it back, but it’s a proven strategy to cancel the cashback.

i was having a look at latihtwaites and noticed a few things that have been out of stock has come back into stock but i think almost everything i saw has gone up in price by 10-20%

they were pretty poor value to start with,
with 10-20% off with cashrewards/shopback it just makes them ok,

add in amex statement credits it makes them very good, depending on how much/what you buy

Cant understand how they stay in business's with such uncompetitive pricing , unless they make huge profits from their non mainstream labels/packages

Totally agree If it wasn't for Cashrewards Cashback AND the Amex Credit, I wouldn't purchase anything from them... interestingly my last purchase with them prior to this Cashrewards and Amex offer earlier this month was 2009

yes but, as I've been told, (Shoe Money) you get two for that price you realise!
Yes shoes that in Australia go for 1000-1400 or so at Armani in store in Australia, yet at Armani Factory Outlet in Northern Italy pre-season can me 200 or so Euros Who would buy here?

I know it’s off topic but that place is great!! Presume you had done the big Foxtown shop over the border in Switzerland. Still use a Prada bag I bought there a decade ago.

Too early to make that assumption. Yesterday I lodged cases for 3 missing credits, one of which was back in July. These were just regular offers (Special and Vintage Cellars).
What do you know!
Logged in $100 credit applied! Very happy

Shall we all keep this "loophole" as secret as possible😉

The First Choice offer popped up again, after a long while! Better still, it's available on all cards, including supplementary. Abbreviations abound in certain circles like ourselves here on AFF, and anyone who knows how to take advantage of such offers just calls, a bit affectionately, FC for First Choice, VC for Vintage Cellars... 😝 (The $200-$20 VC offer which expired early this month is better than FC's $100-$10 this time around)

FC offer on my Edge and on all supps...not on Explorer

For anyone planning to buy alcohol at FC rather than Coles-Myers GCs then Cashrewards has 15% cashback today for online orders. This would stack with the Amex cashback.

FC, and Liquorland, regularly offer 10%/100, $10/100 via email. Stack with one of these as well.
Offer on my Qantas but not PE.
