New Amex statement credits

While looking at the pathetic shop small offer, I noticed this on my Platinum Reserve card (which I rarely spend on). Looks like I'll be putting $3k through it. Best offer I've had in a long time.

Thanks for sharing. I haven't noticed that but just checked my reserve card and voila I have the same offer.

There was opportunity to comment at the end of the survey about what you thought. I did.
I don't recall having a section like that in my survey, from memory the closing question I got was only a scale of 1-10 of what I thought about the survey without any space for any additional comments.

And if they had sent the survey after today's "offer", my responses would have been even worse.

Even I had the similar experience , all they were interested were in comparing the acceptance of MC Vs Amex but did not give me an option to write up the feedback.

Yes I gained this as well. Have already put through one lot of $1000.

Also got 10,000 Bonus points of for using pay.com.au recently.

I much prefer these types of offers. The current Shop Small is a joke.

spend AU$1,000 or more, in one or more transactions, online, in-app or in-person at any American Express accepting business by 31/10/2024 to receive 10,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points, up to 3 times
So does this mean I just need to spend $3000 in total to receive all the bonuses, or do they need to be three transactions above $1000?

I believe every time you spend $1000 , you will be awarded 10000 MR points which means if you are spending $3000 in one transaction it might count as only and you may not receive the multiple lots of 10000 MR points.

That is how I read it. Easy enough to do three $1000 spends anyway. That is my plan anyway.

I read it as needing to spend $1,000 spend 3 times, in one or multiple txns. I agree with knagelli a $3k txn not likely to trigger 30,000 points. But really who knows how these things get programmed...

I think the T&C made it very clear.

Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend AU$1,000 or more, in one or more transactions ...... to receive 10,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points, up to 3 times.

Offer is limited to 10,000 Membership Rewards (MR) Bonus Points per eligible spend of AU$1,000, in one or more transactions, up to 3 times.

Maximum of 30,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points can be earned per Card

This is like they have repeated themselves 3 times in 3 different ways.
