THE ICONIC

Spend $200 or more, get $40 back

Limited to the first 10,000 Cards to save the offer.

Boom time for Amex credits - the party goes on! I have 5 new offers today, not all available on all my cards;

Supercheap Auto - 100/20
Aussies Farmers Direct - 60/20
Estee Lauder - 75/15
Bing Lee - 300/50
Rebel - 50/15

On the other hand, Harris Farm are actively promoting their Amex offer both in store and online.
Went to Harris Farm Drummoyne on the weekend to buy fruit and vegetables with this offer. On their website they have nice photos of fruit and vegetables. In my first experience with Drummoyne was that Harris Farm is a delicatessen that also sells some poor quality fruit and vegetables.

Is that similar at other Harris Farms or unique at Drummoyne?

I got a myer offer 75/15 on my velocity and edge
How do I generate a manual link?

Maybe targeted?

Normally to generate manual links, you have to go to amex connect page and rather than logging in, you "signup" instead using amex-issued card number. You will then see manual links there at Enroll now. If you don't see the offer or link, it could be targeted.

Meriton Serviced Apartments
Spend $200 or more, get $40 back

Clearly targetted since Meriton is QLD only and it only appeared on my Reserve.

Meriton also has serviced apartments in Sydney.

Ah OK. The T&Cs only listed those in Brisbane and the GC. Perhaps the list was smart and only listed those near my home address, but then that assumes I don't stay in Sydney or anywhere else they have properties.

Perhaps it is just the QLD properties that are offering the statement credit....

I got an offer for Myer - Spend $75 get $15 cashback. The offer came up on the app but not on the website. I activated it for my 2 cards and Mrs Y's 1.

For one of the cards, I had to activate it through the 'Explore Nearby Offers' link and it showed up on the map rather than on the list.

Very informative piece of research, Dr Ralph. The only thing I would add is that not all BPs are actually BPs. For example my local BP is in Northwood but is actually a 'Jack & Co'. You still receive the credit for spending $40 on petrol there but they don't sell gift cards - apparently only 'real' BPs sell BP gift cards.
Interesting observation but I am sure there are exceptions to the rule. Grace Croydon Park Petroleum Pty Ltd sells BP gift cards.

Received same offer for all of my AMEX branded cards for apartments listed in NSW.
