New Amex statement credits

Has anyone received the credits for buying gift cards at DJs or Myer? I haven't received the credits from my purchases on Sunday Aug 28 yet despite receiving the emails.
 
Three new offers today;

Cammy - spend $14.50 for $14.50 credit
Swissotel - spend $300 for $50 credit
Avis - spend $200 for $50 credit.

I have never heard of Cammy!
 
Very pleased to have used the Hardly Normal 300/50 offer yesterday to buy a $300 gift card to then buy an Epson MFP XP-630, price matched to $139, stacked with Epson cashback $30, making for an effective price of around $86. I really wanted a new flatbed scanner post Win10 upgrade but these start at $180'sh. Epson also offered another $30 cashback if you combined the printer with an ink-set purchase. We all use ink.
Received the amex email within minutes of GC purchase. This morning received the Epson acceptance email also.
Not big beer, but the little fish are sweet. :)

does anyone know if the AMEX DJ's card's get different statement credit offers?

I have a CBA Diamond Amex and used to have an AMEX Qantas Premium and the CBA/Qantas card would get the same suite of offers, but the David Jones card seems to live in its own world of offers.
 
does anyone know how strict the rules are on supplementary card holders?
i think my 7yr old needs a card so i could get more credits..

I get different offers on my Plat Edge than my Velocity Plat. Often, neither of those cards get offers discussed here or on Ozbargain.

AVIS Australia - Spend $200 in one transaction get $50 back
Swissotel - Spend $300 get $50 back (have not got the link to work on the Platinum Charge)

Yes and no - only 2 out of 6 received the $20 credit so far.

I still haven't received any - 6 days since I purchased. I have never waited this long for a credit when I have received the email confirmation. It is difficult to ring up and complain.

Had no email confirmation nor credit show in account. Sent a nice email to amex and received a lovely email back explaining they would immediately credit the account.
FWIW amex know if you are naughty or nice keeping, notes against your profile. I make a habit of being nice...honey, vinegar and all that ;)
 
Got an email when I've spent $50 at the Market St DJ store when the card was used previously at Elizabeth St.

Still have not actually received any credits from Myer/DJs yet (from last Tuesday). All emails came through ok
