New Amex statement credits

Is there a way you can tell how many points you received in a particular transaction??

I shopped at 7-11 on fuel & wandering if I received the 10x points (I understand it was an "in-store" promo & possibly excluding fuel purchase)
Same deal for the 3x points Small Shop, how do you know your really getting the points.

I couldn't keep track of the points tally as obviously it moves each day you transact.
Statement only shows transaction & $$ value.

Not overly fussed, more interested than anything.

I filled up and bought a slurpie the other day. Showed up as this on my velocity statement:



2x points on the $1 slurpie. 1x points on the fuel.

Will buy in-store @7-11 to see that appear, the 10x points on my account, then fill up at BP as they currently offer 10x points on fuel.

Apologies, I have realised that you may be talking about a different offer so possibly ignore my post. I realised after that this is for AMEX right? I was referring to the 7-11 app offer. Apologies again.

Email confirmations aren't as reliable these days. I didn't get any for the BP and Ampol offers although the credits have still been rolling in.

As long as the payment is taken prior to the 29/12/21 then yes, you'll get the credit even if the is after that date.

Definitely yes - just that you will have to pick pay now rather than pay at hotel (when you stay). Also make sure that the amount charged to your card is at least $300 (after applying any travel credits or point redemption)?to trigger the offer

If it's a pre-paid rate then yes.

You have to pay prior (or rather when you book) as Amex Travel has to be charged.

If you pay at the hotel then no $100 cashback for you.

Just like the Amex David Jones offer last month, you can buy $200 at one go and have $40 cashback. No need to do two $100 transactions.

I've dined at a Merivale venue last week and got the credit back within a few days on my Amex statement.

As soon as I paid, I also got the email saying I've used my Platinum Dining offer.
