This is quite unfortunate. I would be annoyed if I was a PE customer.QF25 daily is reverting from a 787 to an A330

Exactly. I tend to book PE for short trips. Which means QF doesn't get my $$ as they have no PE on the A330s.This is quite unfortunate. I would be annoyed if I was a PE customer.

Given that they use this for BNE <> LAX it's not just "medium" distance. At this point though i doubt we'll see the 330s overhauled. Maybe they'll put them back onto transtasman or transcontinent after the replacement 787s start rolling in.I really feel QF are missing a trick with no PE on their A330s. Those longish flights into India would be ideal candidates.
We are flying QF25 in Apr and it is currently listed as an a330-3QF25 daily is reverting from a 787 to an A330
They really should have put PE on the A330s during the cabin refit when they updated the J seats.I really feel QF are missing a trick with no PE on their A330s. Those longish flights into India would be ideal candidates.
What is JL using to SIN (or AU) at the moment?QF/JL codeshares on the HND-SIN route also don't have PE inventory loaded

They don't have PE on their 788, 772 or 767s, only on their 789, 773 and A350s.
788 from NRT to MEL, 789 from HND to SYDWhat is JL using to … AU) at the moment?
Of course, anybody jetting all the way from Melbourne to London on QF9 appreciated effectively starting their journey at Melbourne in the same plane as would carry them all the way to Heathrow, some 17,000km and 23 hours away.
But that’s coming to end in mid-July 2024, when Qantas launches direct flights from Perth to Paris – the third Perth-to-Europe route after London and Rome, which like its siblings relies on the same ultra-long range Boeing 787.
Shorter Kangaroo leg just like the new livery?
Sensible Melburnians don't buy into the Qantas ecosystem. They fly SQ or QR instead. Or at a pinch EK on EK codes...I think mentioned above (I only skimmed all posts), but from ET today:
