Hell no, I was already quite happy by that stage both from the wines and the result and I needed to arrive home in a reasonable state, so my drinking stopped ~3.30pm. My clients and their friends at the table kept drinking until stumps. Hi Steady. The 2008 Kate Hill Pinot Noir was a real surprise in a good way. Heaps of dark fruits, full bodied with nicely balanced fine tannins giving impressive length. Good now but could hold for another 5+ years easily.What was the Kate Hill like?
