Try a secondI did ask the nurse from the first jab, alcohol is not a problem and I only had a glass of each wine, now the sore arm is worst than my headache.

Hi, what’s the restaurant??Took this to BYO Japanese place in Subiaco. We keep going back there as the food is excellent....and well, they allow BYO! First time trying this wine and quite liked it. Maybe a tad over-priced but I'd still get it again.

Love it. A couple of more years in cellar!
I personally prefer 100ml/180ml samplers over half bottles - cheaper and more variety. I don't really want to go through two full glasses (even with the significant other) during a taster, rather have a nip and repurchase if I enjoy it.Love the half bottle concept, much better than 50/60ml miniatures some other retailers offer with their tastings.

Interesting perspective @TheRealTMA. I only had older LEs and loved the style. 14 is the youngest I had and my favourite so far so you could be spot on the cellaring time.Ps. As per @boomy post, generally IMHO 5-7 years is a good cellaring time for these LE Chardonnays.
I do 5 years for Xanadu, Curly Flat and 5-9 for Yabby Lake Single vineyards.
Although with advancing age (human) and etc, sometimes cellaring for the afternoon is acceptable.
you don't have to drink them all during the session - save some for the next day?I personally prefer 100ml/180ml samplers over half bottles - cheaper and more variety. Would rather pay less and get lessyou don't have to drink them all during the session - save some for the next day?
Zaltos We do like the Veritas line though - careful if it shatters as it explodes like crazy. Also trying out the new Riedel Veritas champagne glasses. I love this. The perfect mid-point between a flute and tulip style glass.
