Since married segments have been raised, suggest you find an earlier flight with availability and just ring QF and request the change. If they do it for you then all's good.
I would not expect any problems. CX's married segments can be tricky to understand sometimes but (a) I think they are much more likely to be married on routes through HKG connecting Oz with Europe or the US such as SYD - HKG - CDG (whereas your flights are Asia - Asia - Oz); and (b) I would have thought that "married segments" would be more likely to cause a problem if you only had one segment booked and were trying to add another segment to it with a transit in HKG - the "married segments" conundrum might mean you could only book it as NRT - PER (via HKG, of course)
