Is this the right forum to ask for a status run suggestions? Though, I'm after a creative routing to burn a credit voucher and maximise the SC's earned from it.

BA currently has a sale on Club Europe (J) fares from the German speaking countries to the UK. (They seem to be matching the current LH/OS/LX sale fares.)

E.g. you can fly VIE-LHR return in J for €288 (~AUD438) and earn 120 status credits.

Or fly VIE-LHR-GLA return in J from €402 (~AUD611) for 200 status credits.

Inner European and US Domestic flights have always been one of my favourite ways to keep my Qantas status.

Even if it’s not always as good a deal as eye above- nothing e er wrong with jetting around Europe on IB, FY or BA. And likewise, I love AA Domestic “First cleeeess”. I have seen the most amazing perms on those senior AA flight attendants 😆

Alaska has some incredible “F” fares out of SFO for those looking…. For short hops up the coast…
Also, look out for "F" fares on AA between LAX and SEA connecting at ORD or DFW. Not as many as there were a year ago but you'd be surprised at the $/SC.

Does AS F count as F for the purposes of SCs or does it count as J?

British Airways premium cabin sale on now ex UK until 21 March.

There are some good Club Europe deals such as LHR-SOF from GBP101 one-way, earning 60 SC.
This heading the other way!

A$3,650 for 440 SCs?

I flew SOF-LHR in J recently for an incredible non-sale price of AUD265. If I'd credited to Qantas, I would have earned 1375 points or 3.3% of the points needed for an Australian J transcon (41.5K). I instead credited to Alaska where I earned 3175 or 15.8% of the cost for the same award (20K).

But its about status credits...?
