I presume to interpret what you write. If you don't want people to read, think about and respond to what you write, why are you writing it in a discussion forum meant for that purpose ?Interesting that you presume to know what's in my mind without offering your own opinion!
I think if people are prepared to take a fairly non-trivial risk of an unpleasant death, and a guarantee of a fairly unpleasant few years (to the rest of their lives, the way things are going) if they don't, then they probably think the things they're leaving behind worse than either of those alternatives. What do you think? And what informs your thinking?

Please elaborate on this "greater than 10%" effect and how it might work. However, unfortunately in the recently terminated government, because of their alliance with those that had to be in government at any cost, they were able to have a greater than 10% effect.
Somehow I don't think anyone had a problem understanding the analogy, including you.Sorry to say - it didn't come across that way! Better to keep spurious rubbish out of it IMHO.
Mmm. Yet they are all Aboriginal, are they not ?Rural or urban? Traditional lifestyle or not? Young or old? Employed or not? Educated or not?
Aboriginal Australians are as demographically diverse as any other ethnic group.
Please elaborate on this "greater than 10%" effect and how it might work.
A dozen different people? Just bizarre.I presume to interpret what you write. If you don't want people to read, think about and respond to what you write, why are you writing it in a discussion forum meant for that purpose ?
What you write may or may not be "in your mind", I don't know. This is the internet, you could be a dozen different people using the same moniker, for all I know.

Do you think they all vote the same????Mmm. Yet they are all Aboriginal, are they not ?
Australians are a quite diverse people. This does not change that there is a single demographic that is "Australian citizens", nor does it in any way eliminate their diversity.
Labor took a carbon pricing policy to two elections.Carbon Tax
Not at all.Do you think they all vote the same????
Yes, it would be. I've seen stranger things on the internet, however.A dozen different people? Just bizarre.
I'm not sure that I voiced an opinion on Indonesia. As for your uninformed opinion on Indonesia, thanks for your input.
Labor took a carbon pricing policy to two elections.
Please elaborate on this "greater than 10%" effect and how it might work.
So why are you comparing two diverse groups - Australians and Aboriginal Australians - with Greens? Not at all.
Do us all a huge favour and go and read the posts. No need to work yourself up over nothing.
Indeed.Well, we were talking about the Greens not Aboriginals.
I'm not.So why are you comparing two diverse groups - Australians and Aboriginal Australians - with Greens?
I would have gone with tautological, personally.Presumably you think that Greens vote for the Greens? That would be logical.
hahaha not the last one.
Which were ?Because they held Julia Gillard and co to ransom to push their minority policies through.
Indeed, who knows. Maybe she thought a slight compromise about how Labor's carbon pricing policy would be implemented was a reasonable outcome.Who knows why JG allowed that to happen I mean they were hardly likely to vote with Tony Abbot.
I've asked this before and got nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds, so I'm not really expecting a response, but what are these "ultra left wing anti business" policies espoused by the Greens ?Anyway hopefully their influence will soon amount to 0. They've suffered since the loss of Bob Brown; he seemed like a genuine calm person who cared about the environment and wanted to protect it. She just seems like an ultra left wing anti business, pro taxing everyone & everything loon.
