I've no idea what system Velocity have for sending out correctly coloured membership packs, start low and keep upping the ante until the complaints stop :shock:

I was matched on the 9th. Card arrived either today or yesterday.

[Just to clarify, I was physically matched on the 2nd in the Bne DJ lounge - but match didn't show online until the 9th]

I was matched on the 7th and only received it today, so I would give it a couple of days. The return address is Brighton Le Sands here in Sydney...

BB pictures are rarely good in my opinion... That would mean that I am velocity member 187 :shock: no idea what it could mean..

The Torch BB photos seem to be OK. The Blue instead of Purple in the photo of the VA baggage tags is the first I have see of any issue.

All 3 of my VA WP baggage cards have the same number on the back (upper right). 000638. The number appears to have been laser etched onto the cards. Also note the VA WP card is chipped (slight bulge in the lower right).

The same number is also used on the envelope as part of the addressing code. I believe it's a serial number for your Plat status - so yes... you are 638. Mine is late 900's. You often see this type of number used with mass mailouts, it's a tracking code.
