Thanks Rick93...rereading the t's and c's yes they are quite clear saying 2 nights not simply 2 for 1...wonder his this would work on the newsletter deals where you don't need to surrender the certificate - any experiences?
Yes. PP newsletter two4ones can be used consecutively. I've personally done 2 x PPnewsletter 241s (4 days) and markis10 has previously stated this is the max (I think).
Meant to ask this in the past question post (thanks everyone for the responses by the way).
The 2 for 1 and 25% discount vouchers (as well as the newsletter offers); if you purchase 2 rooms does the discount apply to both? i.e. if I buy 2 rooms (both booked using my IHGRewards account) for 2 Nights using the 2 for 1 certificate - does this qualify for the free night on both rooms? Same question for the 25% off vouchers and the newsletter offers?
cheers

Brilliant thanks ... all truth lies in the T's and C's.
And do you figure the same holds for a Newsletter offer? i.e. where you don't need to surrender the coupon/voucher for a newsletter offer do you believe the same 'one room' logic applies?

I recently booked 2 rooms for my mother in law and friends on a newsletter offer and the rate seemed to apply to both rooms, 'twas the CP surfers offer last month.
Further to this, does the PP 10% off advance purchase apply to two rooms?
Thanks
Nate
I think it tooka week at max after the stay.
Okay - I got a little more clarity around this (or do you ever really with these things?).
Lovely lady walked me through it. Re: the 25% off certs; she said 'officially' only valid for 1 room. Once you increase the room count the deal SHOULD no longer be valid. However, she said, and reiterated this 3 times on the call; each property at its discretion (with all deals/specials I guess) may honour the rate if you contact them directly (of course keep all correspondence). Her statement was unless the hotel is heavily booked they obviously don't want to walk away from a multi-room purchase.
Then we had the conversation about the 10% off Advanced and Best Flexible rates. She said this DOES apply to multiple rooms up to 10. Again, she said its best to contact the property directly to confirm but that her documentation said this one of the few promos they offer where multiple rooms IS allowed.
Lastly, regarding the "Newsletter Special" - she said it is a mixed bag. In most instances the 'letter' of the rules implies a single room but she said the properties will regularly (as you guys have alluded to above) will allow the promotion for multiple rooms. Again, she said book it and confirm it with the property. Anecdotally she mentioned for the Newsletter Special it was uncommon for the multiple rooms discount to be denied with the exception of 2 For 1 where she suggested that was likely to be honoured for the Newsletter Special.
