Flight today in Retro Roo 2 -- no curtain divider between J and Y and there was a constant flow of Y pax into the J toilet. Crew did nothing to stop it. Very poor.

Ive been fortunate to have a few non-refurbed birds this week in J. Much better. I will miss the serenity.

Very fortunate with only seven left...
Personally haven't noticed much traffic, and announcements still advise economy toilets are at the rear

ZK-ZQF out today, seemingly replaced by ZK-ZQC.

Thanks to someone (admin, wiki-support ??) for adding the Qantas Configuration to this page - but I would argue it isn't that relevant to this thread.

This thread is purely about the 737 Reconfigs.
Would prefer if we have Wiki's they are dedicated to the Discussion at Topic at hand, not some broad coverall.

Must be on a hot streak as I had another non-refurbed bird CNS-MEL yesterday. Curtain closed, maybe one y pax came through. Then when curtain was open for about 10 minutes as the CSM had to deal with a minor medical situation, a few y pax seemed to wander through.

my own experience suggests the absence of curtain / barrier makes a significant difference. Announcements at the start of the flight are totally irrelevant. It's only if the crew turn y pax away (it does happen) that there is an effective deterrent in the absence of a barrier.

not the biggest issue, but is annoying when the queue for the J toilet sees people standing and staring in the J cabin.

I'm trying to edit a wiki at the moment and notice that you have mentioned 59 out of 67 refurbed, but there's 58 noted in the list. When I save it perhaps you can look at it yourself and see which rego is in the wrong spot and change it ;)

Fixed the tail numbers and made some other changes to layout. Needs a mod to approve.

Done and looking great!

Probably need to make the table slightly wider at some stage so it's not so stretched but thanks for adding all that info. Looks like the wiki will be a great resource!

Edit: Changed the table width from 60% to 75% of total page width. Looks a little better, but feel free to change as you see fit. I find hitting preview helps if you always need to be approved ;) tweak it until you're ready to submit etc.

I've been watching this thread for a long time but have never posted, amazing resource. Just letting you all know that VZT onwards has BSI not VZX as shown in the wiki ;) Can't cite any links as I don't have enough posts to share links but there are plenty to prove this.

Thanks QFA1213 will update the Wiki. The numbers did look a little out and QantasSource has removed some of their useful notations.

I note on the old QF seat map that VH-XZD does not appear to be refurbished - http://www.qantas.com/infodetail/flying/inTheAir/ourAircraft/738-12J156Y.pdf
This is despite the latest aircraft that came out on Thursday (VH-VZP) being removed from the list. Can we confirm that XZD has been refurbished and this is just an error on the QF site?

Spent 9 days in SYD which is consistent with other SYD refurbs.
The seat map (from ExpertFlyer) for this mornings QF870 MEL-HTI shows 30 rows.

The Qantas Source (also not definitive) reports 12/162

That's pretty conclusive. Must just be an error - hopefully they fix it with the next update.

On another note, I really wonder what's going on with VXM.

Agreed it's a little weird. Was delivered in Jul-02 along with a bunch of other VX* aircraft (from the cancelled AA order that QF picked up after Ansett collapsed) so you would think they'd all hit the same checks at roughly the same time.
