I transferred one of the domestic Business Lounge passes that I got from last year's apology (as a gold member at the time) to my mum to use ahead of her flight today. She says they denied her entry to the Business Lounge but let her into the Qantas Club.

I am also still waitingSomeone from QFF finally replied to an email enquiring about my rollover credits - indicating that yes I am entitled to them and that I should receive them by the end of the month. So likely it's all related together!

Yes, if you had any eligible status credits to rollover. So exclude anything from the previous year's rollover, but included anything you earned during the year (up to the maximum)With an anniversary date of October last year, should that qualify for some sort of rollover as we haven’t had it and I will query it w’ QF if it should.
